Terms of Service
Version 2.0 — Effective Date: 1 March 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the CyberPulse KSA platform operated by CISO Consulting, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Acceptance and Binding Effect
By accessing, registering on, or using the CyberPulse KSA platform ("Platform"), you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Saudi laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement under the Electronic Transactions Law of Saudi Arabia (Royal Decree No. M/18, 1428H).
2. Service Description
CyberPulse KSA provides cybersecurity intelligence, compliance assessment tools, threat data, educational content, community features, and professional advisory resources specifically focused on the Saudi Arabian regulatory environment. The Platform includes, but is not limited to: live threat intelligence dashboards, SAMA CSF and NCA ECC compliance assessment wizards, CVE vulnerability database, incident response simulators, and professional knowledge resources.
The Platform is operated by CISO Consulting ("Company", "we", "us"), a cybersecurity advisory firm headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering contracts under Saudi law to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation; (d) you are not a person prohibited from receiving services under Saudi Arabian law or international sanctions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@ciso.sa upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree to use the Platform solely for lawful professional purposes. The following are strictly prohibited: (a) any use that violates Saudi law, including but not limited to the Anti-Cyber Crime Law (Royal Decree No. M/17, 1428H), the Anti-Money Laundering Law, or Counter-Terrorism Law; (b) unauthorized access to, or interference with, computer systems, networks, or data; (c) distribution, reproduction, or commercialization of Platform content without written permission; (d) uploading malicious code, malware, or disruptive content; (e) impersonating any person, entity, or regulatory authority; (f) automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting without written consent; (g) any action that disrupts or degrades Platform performance or availability; (h) using the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organization.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and referral to competent Saudi authorities in accordance with applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design elements, software, databases, trademarks, trade names, and proprietary methodologies on the Platform are owned by or licensed to CISO Consulting and are protected under Saudi intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Law (Royal Decree No. M/41, 1424H) and its implementing regulations. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Company's intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software without express written authorization from CISO Consulting.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Threat intelligence data, CVE information, and compliance guidance are for informational purposes only and must be independently validated before operational use. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any specific results will be achieved. Regulatory compliance assessments provided by the Platform are guidance tools only and do not constitute legal or regulatory advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Saudi law, CISO Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue or profit, reputational damage, security incidents, or regulatory penalties incurred based on Platform guidance.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or Platform use shall not exceed the fees paid by you to CISO Consulting in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you violate any provision of these Terms; (b) your use creates legal or regulatory risk for the Company; (c) required by applicable law or regulatory authority order; (d) your account shows signs of unauthorized access or compromise. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 5, 6, 7, and 9.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Basic Law of Governance, the Electronic Transactions Law, and applicable ministerial regulations.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Your continued use following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your account.
